Welcome to Black River Rottweilers, located in Northern Ohio about 30 minutes from Cleveland. I adhere to the USRC Breeding Regulations and maintain memberships in: Allgemeiner Deutscher Rottweiler Klub (ADRK), United States Rottweiler Club (USRC), Norther Ohio Rottweiler Club (NORC), American Rottweiler Club (ARC), and Emerald Valley Rottweiler Club (EVRC). I also foster dogs for R.E.A.L Rott Rescue.

After being introduced to the breed in the early 90's I acquired my first Rottweiler in 1993. Over the years I have had the privilege of working side by side in real world jobs with each of my dogs and to work first hand with dozens of other Rottweilers as well as scores of other breeds. In my mind there is no dog that can compare to a well bred Rottweiler. Their combination of beauty, strength, athleticism and intelligence simply cannot be matched.

It is my goal to produce puppies that maintain correct breed type, sound genetics, and the strong working drive this breed is renowned for. The bloodlines used in my breeding include the most well known and successful German Rottweilers. No expense is spared in the care of my dogs and puppies. Puppies are raised in a home environment and are well socialized. They possess the unique combination of traits necessary to perform in the show ring, working venues, and in the home as a companion dog.
